AI Trainer - Fluent Dutch Speakers - Haarlem

Responsibilities - Join scheduled live video calls with other Dutch-speaking participants. - Hold natural, unscripted conversations about everyday topics as you would with anyone else. - Allow the conversation to be recorded so it can support AI training on real Dutch speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance. - Review each posted task, including the time estimate and pay rate, before deciding whether to participate. - Complete an initial language assessment to join the talent pool and unlock future projects.

Requirements - Full fluency in Dutch with the ability to speak naturally and conversationally. - Working proficiency in English for instructions and reporting. - Comfort participating in live video calls and speaking with new people. - A quiet environment and a good-quality headset with a microphone. - Friendly, easygoing manner suitable for relaxed, open dialogue.
