AI Trainer - Fluent Dutch Speakers - Dordrecht

Role overview This is a remote, task-based opportunity for native-level Dutch speakers who want to contribute to the development of conversational AI. Participants join short, live video sessions and chat naturally with other Dutch-speaking contributors while their speech is recorded as training data. Work is fully flexible with no fixed hours or minimum commitment, making it well suited to people looking for casual, remote side income.

Responsibilities - Take part in scheduled video calls with other Dutch-speaking participants and hold unscripted conversations. - Discuss everyday subjects in a relaxed, natural way, mirroring how you would talk with a friend or acquaintance. - Allow your dialogue to be recorded so it can be used as training material for speech and language models. - Complete a brief language skills assessment after joining the talent pool to unlock paid tasks. - Browse available tasks on a self-serve basis, checking the time estimate and pay before accepting each one. - Ensure audio quality during sessions by working from a quiet space with a suitable headset and microphone.

Requirements - Full, native-level fluency in Dutch. - Working proficiency in English for reading instructions and reporting any issues. - Comfort speaking on camera with strangers and keeping a conversation flowing. - A quiet environment and reliable headphones plus a microphone that produce clear audio. - Friendly, easygoing manner and willingness to engage with new people.
