AI Trainer - Fluent Azerbaijani Speakers - Washington DC, US

Role overview

A research-driven AI training programme is looking for fluent Azerbaijani speakers based in or able to operate from the Washington DC area to evaluate how naturally large language models produce written Azerbaijani. Participants work on individual paid tasks, comparing AI-generated text against expected human phrasing and rating its authenticity. The work is task-based, remote-friendly, and well suited to people with a sharp eye for idiomatic language.

Responsibilities

- Carry out side-by-side evaluations of AI-written Azerbaijani text samples against quality benchmarks - Rate how natural, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate AI-generated Azerbaijani sounds - Flag tone, register, or phrasing that feels unnatural or culturally mismatched - Assess whether word choice matches the intended cultural context of each writing sample - Tag and annotate data with structured notes on naturalness, tone, and authenticity

Requirements

- Native or fluent Azerbaijani with strong command of everyday written and spoken usage - Ability to detect subtle differences in tone, register, and lexical choice - Fluent English for reading instructions and submitting structured feedback - High attention to detail and reliable focus during extended reading tasks - A computer, a quiet workspace, and a PayPal account for receiving payment
