AI Trainer - Fluent Azerbaijani Speakers - Miami, US

Role overview

This is a remote, task-based opportunity for fluent Azerbaijani speakers to help train and evaluate AI language models. Participants work as independent contractors completing short paid assignments that test how well AI-generated Azerbaijani text reads as natural, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate. It is flexible, asynchronous work suited to people with strong linguistic instincts who can dedicate blocks of focused, uninterrupted time.

Responsibilities

- Compare AI-generated Azerbaijani text samples side-by-side and assess overall quality and authenticity - Rate how natural, fluent, and idiomatic the writing sounds to a native reader - Flag tone, phrasing, or register choices that feel unnatural or culturally mismatched - Evaluate whether word choice fits the context and intended audience of each passage - Tag and annotate data with feedback on naturalness, tone, and cultural fit

Requirements

- Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, with strong command of everyday usage - Ability to detect subtle differences in tone, register, and word choice - Working English skills for reading instructions and reporting findings - High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive reading and writing tasks - A computer and a quiet workspace suitable for one-hour blocks of focused work - A PayPal account for receiving task payments
