Role overview This remote role recruits advanced Korean speakers to help train and evaluate AI language models through structured, paid tasks. Contributors apply their native-level command of Korean to refine model outputs, judge AI performance on Korean prompts, and provide high-quality feedback. It's a flexible, self-employed engagement ideal for independent linguists who can commit to focused blocks of work.

Responsibilities - Complete Korean-language AI training tasks such as reading, analyzing, editing, and authoring text - Rate and critique AI outputs on Korean prompts to identify strengths and weaknesses - Supply detailed feedback that informs model retraining and fine-tuning - Tackle assignments requiring up to one hour of sustained concentration, with many shorter in length - Clear a verification test demonstrating Korean proficiency and task suitability

Requirements - Advanced, verifiable Korean fluency, whether through education, work, or native background - Willingness to complete the screening assessment for the domain expert pool - Excellent attention to detail and stamina for focused, complex language work - Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer - Self-employment classification with responsibility for declaring earned income - PayPal account to receive per-task payments
