Role overview This remote position invites advanced Korean speakers to participate in training and evaluating modern AI language models. The work centers on contributing native-level linguistic expertise so models can better understand, generate, and respond to Korean text. Responsibilities - Complete AI training assignments involving reading, analyzing, editing, and writing Korean-language content - Evaluate how AI systems respond to Korean prompts and assess quality, accuracy, and naturalness - Provide structured feedback and ratings that help improve model performance - Work on tasks that may require up to one hour of focused, uninterrupted concentration - Pass an initial skills verification assessment to join the domain expert pool
Requirements - Advanced, verifiable fluency in Korean, ideally with formal training, professional use, or native-level proficiency - Willingness to complete a qualifying test that determines suitability for AI evaluation work - Strong attention to detail and the ability to sustain focus on complex linguistic tasks for extended periods - A reliable, fast internet connection plus access to a suitable computer - Comfort with self-employment status, including self-declaring earnings for tax purposes - A PayPal account for receiving task-based payments
Nice to have - Background in linguistics, translation, localization, copywriting, or content editing - Prior experience annotating data or evaluating AI/chatbot outputs - Familiarity with Korean grammar nuances, honorifics, and regional variation
