Responsibilities - Complete a paid screener so the research team can match background to specific upcoming studies. - Take part in AI-moderated interviews or written research tasks. - Fill out qualitative surveys and structured feedback activities. - Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection criteria, and organizational needs within engineering and product teams.
Requirements - Manager-level position or higher within software engineering, product management, or product or UX design. - Active involvement in evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools. - Working familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows. - Participation in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations for development and collaboration platforms. - Direct, hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues or Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
