Role overview This is a paid, on-demand research participation opportunity for senior technology leaders who influence the selection and operation of workflow management software. Selected participants contribute their real-world expertise to qualitative studies that inform AI development, joining a curated talent pool that is matched to projects as they become available. Engagement is fully remote, project-based, and designed to fit around a full-time leadership role.
Responsibilities - Complete a short qualifying screener that verifies professional background and domain fit - Take part in AI-moderated interviews and structured written exercises - Respond to qualitative surveys and feedback activities on tool usage and selection practices - Share concrete insights about software, product, and design workflows inside an organization - Join individual research sessions as projects matching the participant's profile go live
Requirements - Manager-level seniority or above in software engineering, software development, product management, or UX/product design - Hands-on experience with workflow management platforms such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues or Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com - Active involvement in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or managing these tools - Participation in decisions about development, product, or workflow tooling within an organization - Based in the United States and able to complete up to one hour of focused, uninterrupted work per session
