Role overview This paid research opportunity is open to senior AI, machine learning, and software engineering professionals located in Poland. Participants are added to a pre-qualified pool and invited to studies exploring how teams choose, buy, and use workflow management tooling. Engagements typically take the form of short interviews, written exercises, or surveys, each capped at about one hour.
Responsibilities - Finish a short paid screener so researchers can confirm your background for relevant studies. - Join AI-moderated interviews and structured written tasks as projects become available. - Complete qualitative surveys that explore decision-making around development tools. - Describe how workflow platforms are evaluated, implemented, and managed in your organisation. - Provide feedback on product, design, and engineering processes that influence tool choice.
Requirements - Currently employed at manager level or higher in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, software development, product management, or UX/product design. - Actively using or considering workflow management tools in a professional setting. - Participate in decisions about development, product, or workflow tooling, including purchasing, budgeting, or strategic recommendations. - Comfortable working with software, product, or design workflows. - Residing in Poland and available for tasks that require up to one hour of uninterrupted time.
Nice to have - Practical experience with Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com. - Background leading vendor evaluations, tooling rollouts, or cross-team collaboration initiatives.
Benefits and work setup - Compensation is paid per task, with study rates reaching up to roughly $200 per hour depending on project scope. - Remote work with flexible hours; invitations depend on research demand and profile fit rather than a fixed schedule.
