The work is centered on rigorous evaluation, code auditing, and analytical critique of model behavior rather than building ML pipelines. Responsibilities - Audit AI-generated explanations of architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation for technical soundness. - Review ML codebases, including training loops, preprocessing scripts, and evaluation notebooks, for correctness and efficiency. - Contribute high-quality human feedback that strengthens RLHF pipelines aimed at alignment, safety, and helpfulness. - Trace model behavior through complex chain-of-thought prompts to identify exactly where reasoning fails. - Run comparative benchmarks between model outputs using standardized taxonomies and performance metrics.

Requirements - BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field with a machine learning specialization. - Hands-on professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production settings. - Deep working knowledge of neural network architectures such as Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and optimization techniques. - Practical experience with prompt engineering, RLHF, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows. - Strong analytical instincts for catching hallucinations, bias, contamination, or flawed mathematical reasoning in AI outputs.
