Senior Product Manager- Agentic Commerce (Remote)

Role overview

Lead product strategy and delivery for a consumer digital commerce experience, from storefront discovery and application through checkout and post-purchase support. The role combines customer research, funnel analysis, experimentation, and cross-functional execution, with a focus on agentic commerce and reducing effort across web and mobile journeys.

Responsibilities - Maintain a product roadmap informed by customer feedback, stakeholder input, market research, and performance data. - Define use cases, product features, requirements, acceptance criteria, and iterative release plans with design, engineering, and partner teams. - Improve merchandising, application, checkout, and post-purchase flows by identifying friction and testing changes against conversion and customer experience measures. - Lead cross-functional work to define business problems, assess risks, and validate proposed solutions. - Communicate product decisions, progress, blockers, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at different levels.

Requirements - Five to seven years of software product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing digital products. - Direct experience developing and implementing agentic commerce solutions and working with B2B2C commerce platforms or shopping experiences. - Hands-on experience with digital storefronts, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, trust-building experiences, and A/B testing across web and mobile. - Ability to design and refine experiences that reduce customer effort, plus experience configuring or improving AI chatbot workflows for self-service support. - Strong data-informed judgment, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and ability to take products from strategy through detailed execution. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; familiarity with financial services or fintech products and their payment, lending, or regulatory context.

Nice to have

Experience with payments or billing, merchant storefront integrations, customer notifications, consumer lending, lease-to-own or buy-now-pay-later products, and risk products.
