Role overview
This is a contract-to-hire, hourly opportunity for an automation engineer focused on the HubSpot platform, working fully remotely. The role centers on designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows that help marketing, sales, or operations teams run more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, triggers, lists, and automation sequences - Connect HubSpot with other tools and systems to streamline data movement across platforms - Diagnose and resolve automation issues and continuously improve existing processes - Translate business needs from stakeholders into technical automation solutions - Document workflow designs, configurations, and operational best practices
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including its automation, workflow, and reporting tools - Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and CRM best practices - Comfort working independently and communicating clearly in a remote setting - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
