Sr. Platform Specialist

Role overview A senior individual contributor position focused on platform administration and support within the Clinical Operations IT function of a US healthcare organization. The role operates fully remote within the United States and partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to keep critical healthcare platforms running reliably.

Responsibilities - Administer, configure, and maintain clinical operations platforms and supporting infrastructure. - Serve as an escalation point for complex platform issues that affect clinical and operational workflows. - Collaborate with clinical operations teams to translate operational needs into platform and tooling solutions. - Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity, and respond to incidents that impact patient-facing or provider-facing systems. - Document processes, runbooks, and configuration changes to keep the platform environment stable and auditable.

Requirements - Senior-level experience as a platform specialist, systems administrator, or comparable role. - Background supporting IT platforms in healthcare or another similarly regulated environment. - Strong troubleshooting skills across application, integration, and infrastructure layers. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate clearly with non-technical clinical stakeholders.

Nice to have - Familiarity with clinical workflows, EHR or practice-management ecosystems, or other healthcare-specific platforms. - Experience working within cross-functional IT and clinical operations teams.
