About this role

Role overview A B2B SaaS product team is hiring a Product Manager to lead AI-driven automation across two connected product areas: accounts payable automation and a new generation of AI agents for procurement document processing. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who has already shipped AI features into production and wants to scale that impact across thousands of real customer documents every month.

Responsibilities - Drive accounts payable automation targets, including raising the share of invoices processed fully automatically to roughly 70% and reducing recognition mismatch rates on both the US and COM servers. - Build logic that adapts invoice recognition to individual customer requirements, using patterns from real support tickets to automate custom recognition prompts. - Grow adoption among customers who have purchased the relevant plan but underuse the automated flow, and raise awareness among users who have not yet experienced the automated flow. - Launch five core procurement AI agents covering intake, purchasing, matching, payments, and data enrichment, and drive adoption so agents become embedded in real customer workflows rather than optional features. - Promote Model Context Protocol adoption across the product to standardise how AI agents integrate with the rest of the system.

Requirements - Hands-on experience implementing AI either internally for business process automation (such as reporting or finance and accounting workflows) or in a product context (such as automating communications). - Practical experience working with large language models and prompt engineering. - A track record of shipping AI features into production environments rather than only prototyping them. - At least two years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role working with B2B SaaS products.

Nice to have - Familiarity with procurement or finance workflows such as purchase requests, invoice matching, or payment processing. - Comfort using product metrics and customer support signals to inform prompt and workflow design. - Interest in growing into a Group Product Manager role by building a team and a predictable, sustainable process.

Benefits and work setup - Trust-based management style with no micromanagement and encouragement for new ideas and initiatives. - Supportive, open, and transparent team culture. - Reimbursement for professional learning such as courses and lectures. - Flexible hours focused on results rather than desk time. - Around 26 days off per year across vacation and public holidays. - Medical insurance after the initial six-month period. - Unlimited sick leave that does not require a medical certificate. - Pet-friendly office environment for those who work on site. - Hiring process expected to include a recruiter conversation, a manager interview, and a short test task.
