T1 Support Billing Specialist, IRE

Role overview Provide first-line technical and billing support to customers using software for property inspection and related services. You will respond to questions through phone, chat, and email, troubleshoot product issues, guide users through solutions, and help with billing inquiries and collections. The position is remote in Colombia, with employment administered through an employer-of-record partner.

Responsibilities - Handle customer questions about billing and related account matters. - Troubleshoot software problems and explain practical steps customers can take to resolve them. - Deliver live support through phone, chat, and email. - Assist with collection efforts and follow up on billing issues. - Provide clear, helpful service to customers working across different regions.

Requirements - At least two years of experience in a technical support role. - Strong written communication skills. - Ability to communicate with customers clearly and professionally across support channels. - Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to guide users through troubleshooting. - Self-direction and comfort working in a customer-facing, remote role.
