US- Software Training Specialist (Clinical)

Role overview Prepare and deliver high-quality training to new and existing clinical customers of a healthcare software platform. This role drives adoption through instructor-led sessions, reinforcement strategies, and continuous improvement of training content, while acting as a trusted educator throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities - Conduct classroom and virtual training at company sites, industry conferences, and customer locations, coordinating scheduling, participants, and resources. - Promote and facilitate adoption of online learning modules to support ongoing user education and determine individual and group training needs. - Evaluate and improve training formats, materials, and delivery methods, using AI tools to analyze learner feedback and performance data to close content gaps. - Implement reinforcement strategies such as spaced-learning campaigns, micro-challenges, job aids, and peer learning groups to drive long-term adoption. - Facilitate communities of practice, user groups, and ongoing enablement sessions to foster peer learning and sustained engagement. - Coach customer super users and support customer success teams through knowledge transfer and adoption enablement.

Requirements - Clinical or financial experience within the senior care industry (skilled nursing or assisted living) is preferred. - Strong understanding of adult learning concepts, training development techniques, and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain simple and complex technical concepts to non-technical users. - Proven experience conducting training sessions both in-person and remotely, with strong presentation and documentation skills. - Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) and Microsoft Office, plus teleconferencing platforms such as Zoom or WebEx. - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; up to 30% travel to customer sites required, with periodic in-office events.
