Application Systems Analyst II

Role overview This remote position supports enterprise business applications as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on analyzing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting software systems while driving enhancements and process improvements across the application portfolio.

Responsibilities - Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned applications and supported business units. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance problems, including performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. - Provide Tier II application support to end users and coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors on complex technical issues. - Monitor application health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools. - Configure and maintain enterprise applications, and support deployments, upgrades, patches, and system integration projects.

Requirements - 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, systems analysis, or application administration. - Hands-on experience with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite). - Experience supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or custom applications. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application and system issues. - Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Active Public Trust clearance and a DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) certification. - High school diploma/GED.

Nice to have - Bachelor's degree. - Active DOD clearance. - Experience supporting federal government or public sector IT environments. - Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SharePoint. - Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.

Benefits and work setup - Remote work arrangement. - Salary range of $74,500 to $104,000, with compensation influenced by factors such as responsibilities, education, certifications, experience, and applicable market data.
