Role overview
Serve as a senior technical advisor for complex, high-value global enterprise accounts. The role combines strategic account management, cybersecurity and identity expertise, executive communication, operational risk management, and internal leadership. You will translate business goals into multi-product technical strategies and coordinate teams through high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities
- Manage sophisticated global accounts and advise customers on identity, access, federation, and integrations across multi-vendor environments. - Identify systemic operational risks, coordinate cross-functional remediation, and improve customer readiness and delivery practices. - Engage VP-level and C-level stakeholders, translating complex requirements into practical technical and operational plans. - Balance customer advocacy with sustainable internal roadmaps and long-term partnership outcomes. - Support the evaluation and improvement of AI-enabled productivity and reporting tools for enterprise use. - Serve as a cluster lead and mentor by developing training, removing blockers, guiding escalations, and leading efficiency programs. - Represent the organization at regional events and influence product and engineering decisions based on customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of enterprise-facing experience in technical account management, customer success, sales engineering, or professional services. - Track record managing global, highly complex enterprise accounts. - Advanced cybersecurity knowledge, including Zero Trust, secure cloud deployments, and identity integration within broader security ecosystems. - Deep expertise in identity management, access management, and federation in multi-vendor environments. - Ability to present operational technical strategies to executive audiences with clarity and sound judgment. - Strong mentorship, leadership, troubleshooting, and high-pressure escalation skills.
Nice to have
- Architecture experience with enterprise identity platforms and their APIs. - Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and enterprise networking protocols. - Experience leading cross-functional task forces or internal operational improvement programs.
