Senior Fraud and Authentication Consultant

Role overview

This senior consulting role focuses on helping strategic enterprise customers improve authentication, fraud prevention, and voice-biometrics programs. You will combine technical advisory work, business analysis, solution delivery, and executive communication across the full customer lifecycle—from discovery and implementation through adoption, optimization, and measurable value realization.

Responsibilities

- Advise strategic customers on technical and business decisions involving authentication, fraud prevention, voice biometrics, and related risk controls. - Lead complex engagements by assessing needs, defining practical solutions, managing delivery, and driving successful outcomes. - Facilitate workshops, technical assessments, executive briefings, and best-practice discussions for both technical and senior audiences. - Analyze customer processes, identify efficiency and risk-reduction opportunities, and recommend improvements. - Guide integration and change-management efforts, resolve technical issues, and support sustained adoption. - Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales while producing reusable thought-leadership materials and mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

- At least 7 years of experience in consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or another customer-facing technical role. - Background in SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, fintech, financial services, risk management, or enterprise technology. - Strong ability to connect people, process, and technology when solving complex customer problems. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain value clearly to executives and technical teams. - Demonstrated ownership, resilience, adaptability, and follow-through in changing or ambiguous environments. - Comfort using AI-enabled tools and methods to improve analysis, delivery, and customer outcomes.

Nice to have

- Experience with contact-center technology, voice biometrics, security-solution integration, or management consulting. - Technical certifications in cloud, security, or networking; an advanced degree may also be relevant. - Experience writing white papers, case studies, or best-practice resources.
