Remote job
Product Manager, AI Enablement
Job details
About this role
Role overview A product management role inside a centralized AI Operations group, focused on turning existing AI capabilities into practical, repeatable workflows for internal teams outside of Product, Engineering, and Research. The role starts with Finance and RevOps, then expands to People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal, mapping real processes first, then building or configuring agentic solutions that ship past prototype into stable production use.
Responsibilities - Map current-state workflows with stakeholders end to end before recommending any AI intervention, identifying where automation can reduce real friction. - Architect, build, and deploy a portfolio of internal AI tools, agentic workflows, and custom integrations via APIs and automation frameworks, taking projects from prototype to production-ready state. - Audit AI capabilities already available in purchased tools before standing up new solutions, and extend the shared AI platform rather than creating parallel stacks. - Design and implement the operating process for moving AI concepts into production, including evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, rollout criteria, and post-launch monitoring. - Consolidate learnings across functions so that successful patterns in one team can be reused in others, supported by tooling and documentation. - Define success metrics, instrument usage, track adoption, and clearly communicate ROI on AI investments. - Drive adoption through workshops, onboarding paths, office hours, and coaching that give teams practical guardrails.
Requirements - Strong technical builder with a portfolio (such as a GitHub profile) of shipped, functional code, going well beyond basic prompt engineering. - Process-mapper mindset, able to sit with stakeholders, document workflows, and identify the right leverage points before automating. - Track record of moving AI or agentic projects past prototype into stable, production-ready use. - Experience building integrations with APIs and automation frameworks, and working with shared AI platform infrastructure. - Ability to define and track measurable ROI metrics and communicate them clearly to leadership. - Comfort working across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal functions, and partnering with embedded AI practitioners.
Benefits and work setup - US base pay range of $130,000–$150,000, plus RSUs and a competitive compensation package. - Remote-first environment with regular in-person team on-sites and company-wide events. - Unlimited PTO, generous health and welfare plans with an employer-paid employee-only option, and an HSA employer contribution. - Low-cost vision and dental, paid parental leave, recurring phone and internet allowance, and a learning and development stipend. - Position requires at least six trips per year for team on-sites, cross-functional workshops, and company events.
