Role overview A senior product design role focused on healthcare orchestration and billing software, shaping web and mobile experiences that simplify complex clinical and administrative workflows. The position partners closely with product, architecture, and engineering in a triad model, using AI-assisted tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and iteration while maintaining a high bar for craft and accessibility.
Responsibilities - Own end-to-end product design, from problem framing through research, validation, and shipped delivery - Translate intricate healthcare workflows into clear user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity responsive designs - Build functional prototypes using AI-assisted tools and contribute to a shared design system for scalable, consistent experiences - Plan and conduct designer-led user interviews and usability testing, documenting insights in a centralized research repository and turning evidence into design improvements - Collaborate as an equal partner with product managers, engineers, QA, researchers, and technical writers; lead workshops, facilitate critiques, and defend design decisions with rationale and user data - Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout, partnering with engineering during implementation to safeguard quality
Requirements - 7+ years of product design experience on complex digital products in B2G, B2B, or B2C SaaS environments - Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and complex problem-solving, with expert Figma proficiency and strong design-system experience - Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, accessibility, and inclusive design for responsive web and mobile - Demonstrated AI fluency, including hands-on use of tools like Figma Make, Cursor, or equivalents, with the judgment to evaluate AI-generated output critically - Fluent written and spoken French and English, with strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
