About this role
Role overview A Product Designer is needed to own the look, feel, and interaction of a Promotions and Rewards Experience inside a leading daily fantasy sports platform covering major leagues and esports. The role blends visual craft, interaction design, and systems thinking to create emotionally resonant moments across promotions, missions, and broader reward mechanics. It is a hybrid role based at the company's Atlanta headquarters, with relocation support for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end design delivery across the Promotions and Rewards domain, from requirements gathering through final shipment, while shaping the underlying mechanics and business drivers. - Build and refine high-fidelity prototypes and polished interfaces that create a premium, engaging member experience. - Use AI, rapid prototyping, and iterative design to conceptualize, develop, and launch promotion mechanics and system features that deepen loyalty. - Uphold design standards through consistent design reviews and active maintenance of the design system, ensuring excellence across visual and interaction design. - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align business goals with the rewards journey and ship seamless handoffs.
Requirements - 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating mastery in visual craft, interaction design, and strategic thinking. - Strong command of visual design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory, paired with a passion for motion and micro-interactions. - Proven ability to translate abstract business goals into a compelling design vision and a pragmatic, phased execution plan. - Deep user empathy, treating usability and accessibility as core tenets, and using research, analytics, and customer insights to inform decisions. - Foundational understanding of front-end technologies and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, including using AI to bridge gaps and build functional prototypes.
Nice to have - Experience leading B2C projects with a mobile-first design mentality. - Background supporting rewards, promotions, gaming, or social product design.
Benefits and work setup - Hybrid position based at the Atlanta headquarters, with a competitive relocation package provided. - Company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans; 401(k) with company match; and an annual bonus. - Flexible PTO with two weeks strongly encouraged, 16-week paid parental leave, and disability benefits. - Company equipment provided, lifestyle enhancement program, and modern work schedules focused on getting work done rather than hours clocked.
