Sr. AI Engineer

Role overview Design and deliver production-grade AI systems, with ownership of high-impact engineering work and collaboration with international clients. The role emphasizes dependable outputs, sound technical judgment and clear communication, alongside hands-on Python development and systematic evaluation of AI performance.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain AI solutions designed for reliability, scalability and strong output quality. - Write clear, efficient and maintainable Python code. - Establish evaluation and testing approaches to measure system performance and guide improvements. - Compare models and assess trade-offs among output quality, consistency and operating cost. - Explain technical findings to clients and turn them into practical recommendations. - Collaborate on technical decisions and good engineering practices, while tracking relevant advances in AI.

Requirements - 4+ years of software development experience, including production AI work. - Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Python proficiency and experience working with APIs. - Hands-on experience with generative AI models and evaluating their outputs. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Able to work autonomously, take ownership of complex problems and collaborate effectively with a team.

Nice to have - Experience with image-generation models, AI evaluation or tracing tools, and responsible AI topics such as content safety and intellectual property. - Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines or agent-based systems.
