UI/UX Designer

Role overview This remote UI/UX Designer role focuses on shaping digital products across web and mobile for a range of clients, from early-stage startups to small and medium-sized enterprises. The designer works closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, recommend design improvements, and ship interfaces inside an agile delivery model. The position is remote and based in India.

Responsibilities - Apply human-centered design principles throughout the software creation process - Develop concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for stakeholder review - Iterate rapidly on designs inside a lean, agile delivery environment - Articulate design decisions and diplomatically navigate feedback from clients and internal team members - Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design choices - Maintain brand and product cohesion by leveraging and contributing to shared design systems - Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into workable solutions

Requirements - Demonstrated experience designing digital products for both web and mobile platforms - Familiarity with agile workflows such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews - Ability to gather and analyze requirements alongside product and design stakeholders - Skill in conducting user research and turning findings into actionable design recommendations - Comfort working across multiple concurrent products or client engagements - Strong communication skills for explaining design rationale

Nice to have - Experience working in a consulting or embedded-team model with varied client types - Ability to maintain visual and interaction consistency across a broader design system
