Data Engineer (Elasticsearch + Datawarehousing)

Role overview Build and maintain data infrastructure that makes information reliable, searchable, and ready for analysis. The work spans Elasticsearch clusters and indexes, data pipelines, and lake or warehouse storage, with collaboration across technical and business teams. This is a remote role based in India.

Responsibilities - Design and tune Elasticsearch clusters and indexes for efficient search and retrieval. - Build and optimize data lakes and warehouses, integrating structured and unstructured sources. - Validate, cleanse, and transform data to improve accuracy and completeness. - Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical data solutions. - Participate in Agile planning and delivery, adapting to changing priorities. - Test and debug solutions, write unit and integration tests, and document data processes.

Requirements - Ability to develop and maintain data pipelines and storage infrastructure. - Experience working with Elasticsearch for indexing and search performance. - Skills in data integration, transformation, and quality validation. - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and recommend technical approaches. - Familiarity with testing, debugging, and Agile software delivery.
