You’ll set a sequenced roadmap and guide discovery through launch while staying involved in day-to-day execution and customer research. The role leads product teams in the United States and China through a mix of direct management and management through a team lead.

Requirements - Extensive product management experience, including senior leadership and direct management of product managers in a SaaS, e-commerce, or data platform company. - Evidence of launching new products or business lines and delivering multi-team roadmaps. - Deep understanding of marketplace and direct-to-consumer commerce, with strong product judgment. - Experience with AI- or ML-enabled products and the ability to identify durable customer value. - Strong customer research skills and a record of making evidence-based product decisions. - Experience leading distributed teams, influencing engineering and design, and using analytics tools or SQL to measure product results.
Benefits and work setup - U.S.-based role with regular customer contact; product teams operate across the United States and China. - The listing gives a base salary range of $190,000–$220,000 USD and eligibility for an annual bonus. - Benefits include flexible paid time off, holidays, health and insurance plans, retirement matching, parental leave, volunteer time, and family-building and wellness support.
