Senior Product Manager - Integrations and Orchestration

Role overview

Set the strategy and roadmap for an enterprise integrations platform used to connect contract lifecycle systems with other applications and services. The work spans integration tooling, APIs, orchestration, and emerging AI agent connectivity, with a focus on scalable platform capabilities, easier implementations, and measurable customer outcomes. You will guide product direction and execution across engineering and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

- Assess platform usage, customer needs, pain points, and competitive gaps, then define a multi-quarter roadmap for integrations and orchestration. - Shape API, integration hub, and orchestration capabilities, including the product direction and architecture for Model Context Protocol features and AI agent connections. - Partner with engineering to establish scalable integration standards and translate technical decisions into clear requirements and priorities. - Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales, and customer success to distinguish repeatable platform needs from one-off requests. - Coordinate delivery across engineering and cross-functional teams, track outcomes such as adoption and reliability, and communicate decisions clearly. - Deliver platform improvements that reduce implementation friction and create demonstrable customer impact.

Requirements

- Five to eight years of product management experience, including at least two years owning an integration, API, or platform product. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration architecture patterns, and developer experience. - Experience owning a multi-quarter roadmap and driving delivery with engineering and other teams. - Familiarity with iPaaS, workflow automation, API gateways, or middleware. - Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and customer value, and to influence across teams without direct authority. - Comfort working across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Nice to have

- Experience with MCP, AI agent tools, orchestration frameworks, or large language model integrations. - Familiarity with platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or comparable integration services. - Background in enterprise SaaS integrations, developer tools, platform products, or domains such as contract management, legal technology, ERP, or CRM. - Knowledge of event-driven design, webhooks, asynchronous integrations, API-first strategy, or embedded integration partners.
