Remote job
Senior AI Solutions Engineer - GTM
Job details
About this role
Role overview
Transform Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations into AI-enabled functions. This senior role combines business discovery, solution engineering, automation, and change enablement: you will identify where AI can remove operational friction, build dependable agents and integrations, and help go-to-market teams adopt new ways of working while preserving human judgement where it matters.
Responsibilities
- Work with go-to-market leaders to identify, prioritize, and define high-impact AI transformation opportunities. - Redesign commercial workflows so people orchestrate AI-powered processes instead of manually operating disconnected tools. - Own initiatives end to end, from ambiguous problem discovery through architecture, build, testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing improvement. - Design and operate AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, orchestration platforms, APIs, tools, and business data. - Assess value, feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, and human oversight, including recognizing when AI is not appropriate. - Measure adoption, reliability, output quality, and business impact after launch, while sharing reusable patterns and mentoring colleagues.
Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on experience with AI and automation, supported by experience in GTM engineering, solutions engineering, Revenue Operations, systems integration, or a related field. - Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions from discovery through implementation and measurable operational adoption. - Strong stakeholder-partnership skills and the ability to turn GTM problems into practical, maintainable technical solutions. - Good judgement around AI risk, data limitations, governance, human review, and the boundaries of automation. - Ability to communicate clearly, build trust with commercial leaders, and help teams become self-sufficient with AI-enabled workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, or comparable go-to-market platforms. - JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience. - Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.
Benefits and work setup
- Fully remote role for candidates based in EMEA or AMER. - Distributed, asynchronous working environment. - The source describes paid time off, mental-health support, a wellbeing allowance, parental leave, and a home-office stipend.
