Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack (Launch)

Role overview Build the product-led growth launch experience that takes small business owners from a free diagnostic scan to a fully live, paying customer with minimal friction and maximum trust. As a senior full-stack engineer, you will own onboarding flows, upgrade prompts, progress communications, and AI-assisted setup moments end-to-end, partnering closely with the AI agents and core app teams.

Responsibilities - Own the launch experience end-to-end, from the first scan through live activation, including onboarding flows, progress communications, and upgrade prompts. - Increase throughput per launch specialist by building automation, tooling, and AI-assisted setup that reduces manual effort to get a customer live. - Grow self-serve revenue by designing upgrade flows and AI-powered moments that help owners discover and adopt more of the platform on their own terms. - Surface proof of value at every step so owners can see what the product has done for them and why the next step makes sense. - Partner with the AI agents and core app teams to weave AI-powered features into the launch journey. - Ship end-to-end features across a modern TypeScript stack, owning both frontend and backend.

Requirements - 5+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful time shipping customer-facing product features. - Extensive TypeScript experience and strong React skills, comfortable owning the full frontend of a feature, not just contributing to part of it. - Experience scaling with React and Next.js on the frontend and Node.js with MongoDB on the backend. - Background building onboarding, activation, or upgrade flows where user experience and clear communication of value drove the outcome. - Experience at a product-focused startup or scale-up where you shipped end-to-end with a small team. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with product, design, and business teammates speaking highly of your teamwork. - Strong sense of ownership and drive, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
