Role overview
Welcome newly signed Mandarin-speaking restaurant partners and guide them through the launch of their websites and mobile ordering presence. This customer-facing onboarding role manages a high-volume portfolio, coordinates work across internal teams, sets clear expectations, and ensures each partner has the information, assets, and preparation needed for a smooth handoff after launch.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple restaurant accounts at different stages of onboarding, maintaining accurate records of activity and next steps in a CRM system. - Communicate with partners through email, phone, and SMS to collect required information, assets, approvals, and other launch materials. - Coach restaurant owners on effective online-ordering setup and operational best practices, using performance data and search-optimization guidance. - Coordinate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep launches moving. - Set realistic expectations before launch and complete a clear, well-organized handoff to the restaurant success team. - Share customer feedback and contribute to projects that improve internal processes and future product design.
Requirements
- Native-level or near-native Mandarin and strong English proficiency across reading, writing, and spoken communication; C1/C2 capability is preferred. - Ability to organize and prioritize many customer accounts with different timelines and requirements. - Strong attention to detail, time management, ownership, and follow-through in a KPI-oriented environment. - Solutions-focused approach, with the judgment to identify issues and take appropriate action. - Comfort working in a fast-changing, high-volume environment and a commitment to continuous learning.

- At least one year of experience in the restaurant industry.
