AI Engineer

Role overview Build and ship the agent capabilities that make a software product useful in real development workflows. The focus is on applied engineering: shaping prompts, managing context, and coordinating tools so language models can complete practical tasks, rather than conducting primarily research-oriented work.

Responsibilities - Develop the agent layer and its interactions with language models. - Design prompt strategies and manage context for development tasks. - Orchestrate tools to support useful, reliable workflows. - Integrate model capabilities into production product features.

Requirements - At least two years working with large language models in production. - Experience with the Anthropic API or a comparable service. - Strong Python or TypeScript skills. - Understanding of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
