AI Engineer

Role overview Build the AI agent layer that supports practical software development workflows. The focus is on shipping reliable product capabilities through prompt design, context management, and tool orchestration, rather than research alone.

Responsibilities - Develop and improve LLM-powered features for real development workflows. - Design prompts and manage context so models can carry out tasks effectively. - Orchestrate tools used by agents to complete development tasks. - Apply retrieval-augmented generation patterns where they help provide relevant context. - Integrate language models into production product features.

Requirements - At least 2 years working with large language models in production. - Experience with the Anthropic API or a similar model API. - Strong Python or TypeScript skills. - Understanding of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation.
