Senior AI Agent Engineer

Role overview Design and deploy stateful AI agent pipelines that support a multi-step commercial workflow, from prospecting and engagement through booking and closing. The role focuses on making LLM orchestration reliable and effective by shaping prompts, managing context, and building supporting middleware.

Responsibilities - Design and implement stateful agent workflows across multiple stages of a customer journey. - Improve how token context is selected and managed throughout agent interactions. - Develop prompt heuristics that guide agent behavior at each stage. - Build custom middleware to support robust LLM orchestration and state handling. - Deploy and refine agent pipelines for operational use.

Requirements - Senior-level engineering experience building AI agent or LLM-based systems. - Ability to design stateful, multi-step workflows. - Experience optimizing token context and engineering prompts for task performance. - Ability to build middleware that improves reliability in LLM orchestration.
