Responsibilities - Drive continuous improvement of program management practices, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and predictable execution across multiple workstreams. - Lead complex technical programs end to end, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and outcomes. - Partner with engineering, product, marketing, legal, compliance, security, risk, and operations to define program goals, plans, and execution approaches. - Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and roadmaps that align technical work with business priorities. - Own and improve information-flow pipelines that surface the right level of detail to stakeholders and reduce manual toil through automation. - Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, drive timely resolution of issues, communicate status and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior program managers.
Requirements - Eight or more years of technical program management experience focused on large-scale, complex programs. - Proven track record of delivering technical programs on time and within budget. - Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Strategic, hands-on leader who turns complex technical work into clear plans, decisions, and outcomes, with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
Nice to have - Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. - Background or familiarity with financial services. - Hands-on use of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot. - Experience mentoring other program managers and leading cross-functional initiatives.
