Data Analyst II

Role overview Own analytics for one or more business areas and turn open-ended questions into evidence-based recommendations. The work focuses on understanding service and operational data, improving decision-making, and helping teams identify trends that can guide how virtual care services are delivered.

Responsibilities - Lead analytical work from clarifying the business question through presenting findings and recommendations. - Scope ambiguous requests into structured analyses, working with limited direction. - Query, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources while checking its accuracy and integrity. - Use statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and unusual results. - Build and maintain KPI definitions, dashboards, and visualizations used by stakeholders. - Partner with teams such as finance, operations, and customer success to shape data needs and inform decisions. - Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. - Three to five years of experience in data analysis or a comparable role. - Strong independent SQL skills, including writing and troubleshooting queries. - Proficiency with Excel and a visualization platform such as Tableau or Power BI. - Able to work independently through ambiguity and manage competing priorities. - Clear communicator who can explain complex analysis as practical recommendations; effective both independently and with a team.

Nice to have - Experience with Zoho Analytics.
