Senior Manager, OFCI Business Analytics

Role overview Lead the analytics and reporting that guide spending and supplier decisions for data center power and cooling equipment. Responsibilities - Track budgets, commitments, actual spend, price variance, savings, cost avoidance, and projected cash flow for power and cooling equipment. - Define comparable cost and performance measures across projects and suppliers, including capacity-based costs, unit prices, and landed costs. - Build supplier scorecards covering delivery, lead times, quality, responsiveness, and commitment adherence; establish metric thresholds and review cycles. - Consolidate information from enterprise, sourcing, project, and supplier systems into dependable reporting datasets. - Develop and maintain dashboards, executive updates, forecasts, and standardized sourcing and supply chain trackers. - Automate recurring reports and document data definitions, calculations, and reporting changes.

Requirements - Experience developing business analytics, performance metrics, dashboards, or management reporting in a supply chain, procurement, finance, or capital project setting. - Ability to analyze costs and supplier performance and explain the main drivers behind changes or variances. - Skill in bringing together data from multiple systems and producing consistent, decision-ready reporting. - Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with procurement, finance, construction, and supply chain partners. - Attention to detail and accountability for the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of reports.
