Senior Product Manager, Integrations

Role overview A senior product management role focused on shaping the integrations ecosystem for a connected intelligence platform used by enterprise security teams. The position turns integrations into a scalable, API-first offering and partners with engineering and go-to-market teams to deliver a strong developer experience.

Responsibilities - Own the integrations roadmap, prioritizing by customer value, revenue impact, and scalability. - Define and maintain API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards that promote interoperability. - Partner with the integrations architect to evolve frameworks and a marketplace, covering the full configuration-to-monitoring experience. - Run competitive and technology benchmarking to keep the platform best-in-class on developer experience, speed, and reliability. - Translate customer and market needs into product requirements in collaboration with engineering, field, and GTM teams. - Champion developer experience through simplified configuration, documentation, and self-service capabilities. - Identify opportunities to enhance integrations with AI-enabled, agentic, and conversational workflows. - Define and track success metrics, using data to guide roadmap and investment decisions.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; MBA a plus. - 8+ years in product management for SaaS or cloud platforms, including 4+ years on integrations, APIs, or data platforms. - Proven track record launching API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces. - Strong understanding of REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. - Hands-on familiarity with iPaaS tools; experience with Workato highly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, and customer teams.

Nice to have - Familiarity with LLM-enabled tools, agentic workflows, and AI-powered product capabilities. - Experience with integration packaging, monetization, or embedded iPaaS products.
