Senior Program Manager

Role overview Senior program leader acting as the connective tissue between product strategy, engineering delivery, go-to-market execution, and executive stakeholders inside a scaling SaaS organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, the role builds the program management muscle that turns complex, multi-team initiatives into predictable, high-quality launches.

Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional planning and execution for large-scale product initiatives, aligning multi-team roadmaps with strategic business objectives and release milestones. - Establish, document, and continuously refine scalable program management structures, governance models, standardized templates, and delivery frameworks across the organization. - Orchestrate end-to-end go-to-market project plans across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations, facilitating launch readiness reviews and post-release evaluations. - Identify, map, and actively manage cross-stream dependencies, system constraints, and delivery risks, implementing mitigation plans that keep critical-path milestones on schedule. - Maintain transparent status reporting, program dashboards, and executive updates while managing stakeholder expectations around scope, trade-offs, and risk. - Build accountability across Engineering, Product, Design, and the business, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through on delivery commitments. - Mentor Product Owners and team leads on program delivery best practices and run retrospectives to continuously optimize cross-departmental workflows.

Requirements - 7+ years of technology program or project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior program manager role. - Proven ability to orchestrate multi-team SaaS software programs and complex product launches in fast-moving environments. - Track record of designing, building, and scaling program management structures, reporting frameworks, and risk models from scratch or low maturity. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to hold cross-functional partners accountable and present to executive leadership. - Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and practical Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban), with the technical fluency to navigate dependencies with Engineering. - Highly proficient with modern work management, roadmap, and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Miro, and Figma. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred; PMI-ACP, PMP, CSM, CSPO, or comparable certifications are a plus.
