Role overview Senior analyst embedded with Revenue Operations, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to convert go-to-market data into forward-looking insight. The role goes beyond retrospective reporting, building predictive models, scenario analyses, and measurement frameworks that sharpen forecasting and guide investment in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Responsibilities - Own GTM performance analysis across the full customer lifecycle, including pipeline health, conversion, win rates, sales cycle length, retention, and expansion, segmented by channel, product, and team. - Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and trusted reporting inside Looker, CRM platforms, and other BI tools, locking in consistent metric definitions. - Use SQL, Python, and BI tooling to explore large datasets, develop scalable analytical models, and surface the underlying drivers of business performance. - Develop predictive analytics, leading indicators, and scenario models that anticipate risk and opportunity, recommending where to invest, scale, or optimize. - Establish measurement frameworks for GTM initiatives and experiments to quantify impact and decide what to double down on versus adjust. - Partner with Revenue leaders to evaluate new verticals, segments, and markets through market sizing, competitive research, and customer fit analysis. - Own sales commission administration and analysis, including calculations, attainment reporting, payout accuracy, and incentive effectiveness. - Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and agentic workflows to GTM reporting, partnering with Engineering to build scalable, AI-assisted insight capabilities.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in GTM analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, FP&A, or a closely related analytical role. - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker, plus hands-on experience working in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. - Strong grasp of GTM performance, funnel dynamics, forecasting, and core revenue drivers. - Demonstrated experience building predictive models, forecasting models, leading indicators, and scenario analyses for executive decision-making. - Background managing or supporting sales commissions and incentive compensation with a focus on accuracy and plan effectiveness. - Ability to translate complex dataset analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. - Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the drive to take a question from framing through to recommendation independently.
