Senior Java Developer

Role overview Build and maintain Java services for digital products in the healthcare and insurance space, including medical and insurance portals. You’ll contribute to technical design and work with an experienced team to deliver reliable applications over the course of a long-term project.

Responsibilities - Develop scalable Java applications and keep them maintainable, testable, and secure. - Contribute to architecture and system design decisions. - Connect services with databases, REST APIs, and third-party systems. - Review code and help maintain consistent engineering practices. - Work with cross-functional colleagues to clarify requirements and coordinate delivery. - Write technical documentation and unit and integration tests.

Requirements - At least four years of Java development experience. - Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot, plus RESTful web services. - Familiarity with microservices or distributed systems and asynchronous messaging such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Understanding of application security concepts, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or encryption. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito, and CI/CD tools. - Clear communication, analytical problem-solving, and a commitment to clean code and continuous learning.
