A modern behavioral health practice is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for its payer vertical, with a focus on enterprise insurance relationships. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy, partner engagement, and product innovation, working to expand access to evidence-based mental health care. You will partner with Business Development, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success across a distributed team to deliver measurable financial outcomes and a high-quality enterprise buyer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategy and execution for payer-focused initiatives, ensuring product investments drive measurable business outcomes and an improved enterprise client experience - Partner closely with Business Development and payer stakeholders to translate partner needs, pain points, and opportunities into clear product requirements and priorities - Collaborate across product squads to align payer-facing products with the broader platform roadmap - Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances near-term delivery with long-term scalability and efficiency - Lead discovery and validation efforts grounded in data, user insights, and business impact - Develop and communicate business cases that articulate expected ROI and alignment with enterprise strategy - Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success to deliver on key milestones and smooth partner implementations - Analyze product performance and client feedback, run experiments, and iterate to identify optimization opportunities - Represent the voice of the payer partner throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for an exceptional enterprise experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment - Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business or financial outcomes - Strong client-facing experience with the ability to translate business needs and feedback into product strategy - Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - Experience collaborating across distributed teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments - Proficiency with rapid hypothesis-driven experimentation and analysis - Analytical, data-informed decision-making with comfort presenting ROI and financial impact to varied audiences - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groups - Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
