About this role
Role overview Serve as a senior application analyst and subject matter expert for assigned systems, with responsibility for understanding their workflows, content, and functionality. The team lead oversees application analysts in partnership with an application leader and contributes throughout project implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities - Guide the application team and provide subject matter expertise on supported applications and workflows. - Participate across the implementation lifecycle, from workflow analysis and design through development, configuration, and build. - Support implementation, go-live, post-go-live service, and later optimization efforts. - Coordinate with application leadership and colleagues to address system and operational needs.
Requirements - High school diploma and at least four years of experience in healthcare operations, IT, or health IT; healthcare operations may include clinical, patient care, administrative, or revenue-cycle work. - Five years of experience as an Epic-certified analyst. - Current Epic certification for Epic-related roles. - Experience across implementation stages, including design, development, workflow analysis, build, deployment, optimization, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Nice to have - Bachelor’s degree in IT, a clinical field, or another related discipline. - Project Management Institute certification or an equivalent credential.

It is a regular 40-hour-per-week day-shift role. The listed pay range is $44.77–$67.15 per hour, depending on experience.
