Sr. Implementation Engineer (MANTL)

Role overview Lead technical delivery for complex implementations of digital banking software and connected third-party services. You will work independently across client environments, coordinate with customer and internal teams, and help ensure solutions are configured, tested, and ready for production.

Responsibilities - Configure, customize, and validate software and third-party integrations for client implementations. - Investigate complex technical issues, trace root causes, and adapt implementation approaches to client needs. - Act as the technical lead for assigned engagements, coordinating deliverables, risks, and decisions with customers, project managers, engineers, and vendors. - Plan and carry out testing to verify integrations and platform behavior before production deployment. - Produce configuration records, troubleshooting guidance, and operational documentation. - Mentor less experienced engineers and recommend improvements to implementation processes and tools.

Requirements - Deep technical implementation experience with digital banking products and integrations, including the ability to resolve advanced issues independently. - Ability to coordinate technical work across client stakeholders, project teams, engineering groups, and external vendors. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced client setting. - Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. - Experience creating implementation documentation, procedures, or operational guidance. - Eligible to work full time in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have - Experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services technology. - Familiarity with scripting, technical automation, Agile delivery, or software development lifecycle practices. - Experience mentoring junior colleagues or improving implementation processes.
