Product Operations (Shipper)

Role overview

Own the quality and delivery path for software produced by a high-autonomy product squad, from validation through production release and operational follow-up. The role combines test strategy, release coordination, and production readiness, working closely with product and architecture partners to ensure changes meet agreed standards and operate reliably. AI-assisted tools are part of the described workflow for developing tests and supporting delivery.

Responsibilities

- Set acceptance criteria with product and architecture partners, and define clear quality and release readiness standards. - Design and implement automated, integration, end-to-end, and property-based validation strategies. - Use AI tools to help generate test cases, explore edge cases, and accelerate quality assurance work. - Coordinate releases from build artifact through deployment, including rollout planning and rollback procedures. - Monitor deployment health and help resolve issues when releases do not behave as expected. - Collaborate with squad partners on testability, operational requirements, and the definition of done.

Benefits and work setup

The listed annual base salary range is $120,000–$140,000, with eligibility for a cash bonus and equity.
