Senior Fullstack Product Engineer (Go)

Role overview A senior fullstack engineer role focused on building the hotel-facing tools of an API-first travel infrastructure platform. You will own features end to end, from backend services in Go to frontend interfaces in modern JavaScript frameworks, shaping how hotels manage their rates, rooms, and promotions directly within the platform. The position is hybrid in Casablanca or Palma de Mallorca, or remote within Europe, and is well suited to someone who wants meaningful input into product direction rather than pure execution.

Responsibilities - Design and ship end-to-end features spanning Go services and a Next.js or Vue.js frontend - Shape product direction by proposing ideas, defining what to build, and contributing to UX decisions - Build and improve the hotel-facing tools used to manage rates, rooms, and promotions - Identify friction in current workflows and drive improvements to usability and performance - Ship new capabilities iteratively without relying on heavy specifications while maintaining quality - Collaborate closely with the existing lead on this product surface as the second engineer on the team

Requirements - Solid backend experience with Go (Golang) in production environments - Hands-on frontend experience with Next.js, Vue.js, or comparable modern JavaScript frameworks - Strong product instincts, with a track record of proposing features rather than only executing tickets - Sound UX and UI judgement, even without a formal design background - Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with low process and significant ambiguity

Nice to have - Experience designing APIs or platforms intended for B2B or supplier use - Background in travel, hospitality, marketplace, or inventory management products - Familiarity with building AI-assisted or data-driven product experiences
