Role overview
Help prospective customers assess and adopt AI, GPU, and high-performance computing infrastructure. This customer-facing technical role supports the sales process from early discovery through solution design, demonstrations, proof of concept, and onboarding, translating workload needs into practical architectures and clear business value.
Responsibilities - Work with commercial colleagues to qualify opportunities and clarify technical requirements early in the buying process. - Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and architecture discussions for customers and partners. - Map AI, HPC, and infrastructure workloads to solution designs, deployment approaches, and customer outcomes. - Support evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, onboarding, and technical validation. - Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and consistent with platform capabilities. - Advise on compute, networking, storage, orchestration, and workload optimization; share recurring customer feedback and product gaps internally. - Create reusable demos, reference architectures, technical playbooks, proposals, and sales enablement materials.
Requirements - Experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, sales engineering, cloud architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role. - Clear communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including strong technical writing. - Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales in infrastructure, cloud, AI, data center, or platform environments. - Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, AI/ML workloads, or high-performance computing. - Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, SLURM, orchestration, networking, storage, or distributed compute. - Ability to learn a complex platform quickly, collaborate across teams, and connect technical choices to customer needs.
Nice to have
Experience with Terraform or similar automation tools, technical demos, AI research or product teams, InfiniBand/RDMA/RoCE, APIs and developer platforms, or open-weight model training and inference.
