Role overview
Help enterprise customers plan and deliver implementations of a flexible content platform. You’ll work between customer teams and internal product, support, and sales colleagues, combining software development knowledge with workshops, technical guidance, and ongoing relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding workshops tailored to each customer’s goals and technical background. - Build relationships with customer technology and product stakeholders, and help them plan implementation choices. - Demonstrate platform capabilities, answer technical questions, and develop proof-of-concept solutions during sales discussions. - Create examples, learning materials, plugins, and integration guidance that help customers implement common patterns. - Bring customer needs to product teams and work with support engineers to resolve implementation challenges. - Coordinate with account teams on expansion opportunities and help connect customers with research and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, and based in Germany or the United Kingdom. - Three to five years of software development experience. - Advanced experience with at least one modern web framework, such as React, Vue, Angular, or Astro. - Familiarity with backend architecture and integrating software-as-a-service platforms. - Experience implementing a headless content management or e-commerce system, or working in solutions engineering or architecture for developer-focused software. - Strong customer-facing communication, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Business-to-business customer experience in consulting, account management, or a similar role. - Experience using a headless content platform in production.
