Low-code / No-code Automation Developer

Role overview An online education platform serving tens of thousands of young learners is hiring a Low-Code / No-Code Automation Developer to design and scale workflow automation across its Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care operations. The role blends hands-on technical work with leadership, owning solutions end-to-end while shaping standards, governance, and mentoring across the automation practice.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain scalable automations using low-code/no-code platforms and AI tooling, covering Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care workflows - Define integration patterns, design APIs and webhooks, and ensure automations are resilient, performant, and secure - Establish guidelines for workflow design, documentation, testing, and monitoring to keep automation projects consistent and reliable - Introduce governance practices such as code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and audit processes - Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Mentor junior automation developers, lead technical reviews, and run knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements - 3+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development - Hands-on expertise with low-code/no-code platforms (Workato, Zapier, n8n, or similar) - Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations - Database experience with ability to write and optimize SQL - Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom extensions - Familiarity with AWS services, containerized deployments, and AI-assisted development tools - Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have - Experience integrating AI-powered bots such as chatbots, voice bots, or AI agents into workflows - Creating architecture diagrams and technical specifications for automation platforms
