Technical Implementation Specialist

Role overview A marketing intelligence software company is hiring a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end onboarding of new customers onto its attribution and measurement platform. The role blends consulting, hands-on configuration, and project management, sitting at the intersection of customer success, sales engineering, and product. The mission is to get new clients to first value quickly while keeping implementations predictable and well documented.

Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end onboarding for new customers, serving as the primary technical contact from kickoff through go-live - Configure product settings, permissions, and workflows; lead API integrations and data migrations - Troubleshoot setup issues, coordinating with support and engineering when needed - Own onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables; manage expectations and flag risks early - Partner with sales, customer success, product, and support teams to remove blockers - Capture feedback on friction and gaps, contributing to onboarding documentation and implementation playbooks

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation - 2+ years in solutions engineering or technical onboarding, with a customer-facing technical track record - Comfort with APIs, integrations, frontend technologies, and core data concepts - Strong software troubleshooting and problem-solving ability - Proven project management skills, with the ability to run multiple high-impact implementations concurrently

Nice to have - Background in analytics, martech, data platforms, or attribution tooling
