Role overview A strategic account management role focused on a portfolio of roughly 200 high-value vacation rental listings. The position centers on building long-term partnerships with property owners, helping them grow performance, and acting as a trusted advisor who blends hospitality insight with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities - Manage and retain a portfolio of approximately 200 listings, building strategic relationships that reduce churn and grow lifetime value. - Deliver clear, data-driven insights on property and portfolio performance, acting as a performance expert for owners. - Identify and execute growth opportunities through upsells such as tier upgrades, expanded availability, amenity improvements, and additional properties. - Provide market and property analysis that helps owners expand their portfolios within the platform. - Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews aligned to owner goals, insights, and next steps. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless owner experience and stay current on short-term rental trends.

Requirements - 3+ years of account management experience, ideally in a high-touch or strategic environment. - Background in travel or hospitality is preferred. - Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a direct, clear, trust-building style. - Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset. - Competitive, goal-oriented, motivated by measurable impact, and willing to go above and beyond for colleagues and clients.
